Admission Process 2020 at IMI Delhi

For PGDM & PGDHRM programme

• For PGDM Program, aspirants who have completed graduation in any discipline such as Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Humanities, Medicine with the relevant work experience are eligible to apply
• Applicants will be short-listed on the basis of the valid CAT or GMAT exam score & their educational performance in 10^th, 12^th, and graduation
• Short-listed applicants will be invited for final selection process & will be judge on basis of the following:

1. Psychometric Test
2. Essay Writing
3. Personal Interview

• The Final selection process is be organized at various center, such as: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune

Admission 2020: EPGDM, FPM and FPM (EFPM) at IMI Delhi 

For EPGDM program

• PSU or Corporate sponsored applicants will are short-listed on the basis of information provided by the respective organizations in the application form such as:
  1. Academic background performance (including 10^th & 12^th)
  2. Work experience
• PSU/ Govt. Agencies or Departments/ Reputed Corporate sponsored applicants are exempted from the entrance tests/ exams
• Along with other documents, applicants will be required to submit the sponsorship Letter or a recommendation of the sponsoring organization
• Short-listed candidates will be invited for PI (Personal Interview) round, which is generally held (tentatively) in the month of November or December. In case of foreign candidates, Interview round will be held via Skype
• Final selection of the candidates to the program will happens on the basis of the following:
  1. Valid Score of the Entrance Test (GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ IMI Exam)
  2. Score secured during PI round
  3. Score acquire against the academic record

For FPM and FPM (EFPM) program

FPM admission process involves the below listed 3 steps:

• Aspirants are required to apply first via online admission form, then submit the statement of the research interest with an abstract of 1000 to 1500 words about the proposed area/ field of research
• Applicants should have valid GMAT or CAT score. Those applicants who have recently qualified JRF/ SRF exam can also apply, however they have appeared for the IMI exam test
• On the basis of research abstract and scores obtained in CAT/GMAT or IMI internal test, applicants will be short-listed for personal interview round for final selection

FPM Eligibility Criteria

For educational qualifications: Aspirants must possess one of the following to be considered for admission into the FPM program at IMI, New Delhi:

• A Masters’ degree (PG) or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
• Or, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA + A minimum of 1 year work of experience after graduation
• Or, any professional qualifications such as CA, CMA and CS with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade/ CGPA. IN addition to CA/CMA/CS qualification, applicants must also possess a graduation degree from a government recognized university

Note: In addition to the above, all the applicants must have scored a minimum of 55 % marks in all of their public examinations starting with the secondary level (10^th Grade). During selection process, professional work experience in industry or academics will be given due credit.

E-FPM (Executive FPM) Eligibility Criteria

For educational qualifications: Aspirants must possess one of the following to be considered for admission into the E-FPM program at IMI, New Delhi:

• A Masters’ degree (PG) or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
• Or, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA + A minimum of 1 year work of experience after graduation
• Or, any professional qualifications such as CA, CMA and CS with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade/ CGPA. IN addition to CA/CMA/CS qualification, applicants must also possess a graduation degree from a government recognized university

For Work experience required: The aspirants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in the corporate world or as full-time teaching faculty.

Note: In addition to the above, all the applicants must have scored a minimum of 55 % marks in all of their public examinations starting with the secondary level (10^th Grade). During selection process, professional work experience in industry or academics will be given due credit.

Application Process 2020 at IMI Delhi

Application process for PGDM and Executive PGDM Program are as follow: 

1^st Step: Register with IMI and Apply

Applicants need to visit the official website of IMI to apply online

2^nd Step: Extempore/ Psychometric Test

Based on the information (Educational Performance & Work Exp) provided short-listing will be done. Further, shortlisted applicants will be invited for extempore, psychometric test and essay.

3^rd Step: Personal Interview round

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for Personal Interview round

4^th Step: Final Selection to the program

Applicants are selected basis of the following:

• 10^th, 12^th & Graduation marks
• Performance in Extempore, Psychometric Test, Essay Writing and
• Personal Interview round
