Early interviews are strongly encouraged and candidates need to submit a resume for the same. We encourage the applicants to come prepared for an interview round when they begin their application process. In the rise of the current pandemic, Wharton is taking interviews virtually, until further notice.
Prior to an applicants interview round, the Admissions Committee is present to resolve all the queries that an applicant might have around the application process and/or the overall interview process over a telephonic conversation. We encourage the applicants of the Wharton EMBA to take advantage of this additional opportunity.

Moving ahead with the process of admissions, the applicants need to submit two online recommendations to the Admissions Committee. These recommendations can be from colleagues who have had working experience with the candidate. Optimal sources for recommendations are the direct managers, who can provide the Committee with helpful insights on the applicant as an employee.
