Schulich School of Business Admissions – Process, Seats, deadlines, and Essays Required
MBA Admission Guidelines
The MBA admissions guidelines are given below, though these minimum requirements don’t guarantee admission. All other components and application forms are reviewed thoroughly at the time of admission:
#1. An undergraduate degree is a prerequisite from a recognized institution and with a minimum B average in the last two years.
- Applicants with 3-year degrees may be considered for admission with one year of work experience beyond the required minimum.
#2. GMAT AND GRE scores are taken into consideration
- Scores are accepted from graduate management admission test and graduate record test
- The following codes are used to send the scores of your examination: For GMAT–Z75-X8-30 (full time), Z75-X8-23 (part-time) and GRE 5697
#3. Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience whether full-time work experience or life experience is required.
#4. Completion of the online application which requires:
- Essays (2 written, one-timed written, two videos)
- An up-to-date resume
- Two references
- Unofficial copies of transcripts from all previously attended post-secondary institutions*
- Unofficial copies of GMAT or GRE scores*
#5. Proof of English language proficiency if studies were not completed in English is required.
Candidates who have completed 2 years of a full-time program at a university with English as an official language are not required to submit the English proficiency test.
Those candidates who have graduated from the Schulich school within the last five years are also eligible for a $150 application fee waiver if the student has achieved B+ or better grades during the last 2 year of Undergraduate courses.
Both full-time and part-time admissions are available and begin in September and January respectively.

- Two recommendations are required
- One academic and one professional reference are acceptable for those with two years of professional experience
ESSAY
- Essays (video and written) are required (2 written, 1 timed written, 2 videos)
CV
- An updated resume is required
Step 2: Additional documents required
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended
- Proof of English language proficiency
- GMAT or GRE scores

- CAD 150 = INR 8.13 Thousand
