Admissions Open at IIM Indore for EPGP 2018-19

Admission is open at IIM Indore for the Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (EPGP) 2018-19 with the last date for receipt of application forms for those with GMAT scores on October 10 and CAT scores on January 15.

The 1-year full-time program spreads over 700 classroom contact hours. It also has five weeks of International Immersion at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, Austin. More than 50 electives offered on Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics and Economics.

The announcement of final admission offers will be December 4 (GMAT) and February 19 (CAT). The last date for acceptance of Admission offer and payment of commitment fee will be January 11 (GMAT) and March 5 (CAT). The Program Registration will be on April 23 and classes will commence on April 24.

It also features regular guest lectures and conferences with industry leaders enable participants to visualize disruptive advancements and future challenges. The program also has compulsory courses on spreadsheet modelling, management communication, financial accounting etc. offered by Harvard Business School. The program also imparts data analytical skills along with an understanding of management science in the decision-making process.

The EPGP is structured to prepare executives for transformational leadership positions. Participants are expected to work towards developing a deeper understanding of various facets of management and hone their managerial skills. The first three terms (mostly composed of core courses) focus on laying the foundation for the specialisation through a bundle of electives offered in the other terms. The last two terms are mostly electives and other experiential learning.

Eligibility Criteria

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline and a valid CAT /GMAT score (obtained between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2017). You also need to have a minimum 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation as on December 31, 2017. The program is open to all nationalities.

The announcement of Personal Interviews shortlist for those with GMAT scores will be made on November 7 and January 22 for CAT. The interviews will be held on November 18 and 19 for GMAT and February 3 and 4 for CAT.

Program Fees

For Indian nationals, the fees will be Rs 18,00,000 plus Applicable Taxes and US$45,000 plus Applicable Taxes for foreign nationals. The fee may be paid in three instalments with an irrevocable bank guarantee valid up to February 23, 2019, for Rs 10,00,000 with the first instalment.

A commitment fee of Rs 1,00,000 plus applicable taxes is to be paid at the time of acceptance of the offer. The first instalment of Rs 7,00,000 plus Applicable Tax should be paid on the day of Registration, April 23, 2018. The second instalment of Rs 7,00,000 plus Applicable Tax should be paid before September 23 and the third instalment of Rs 3,00,000 plus applicable tax before  December 23,  2018.

The fee includes tuition, course material, access to library facilities, network /computer charges, lodging and boarding. All expenses towards International travel, visa, passport, lodging and boarding (international) etc. would have to be borne by the candidate. Expenses towards academic input (international) are included in the fee.
