Esade Full-time MBA Grads Earn Average Salary of $148,060
0Esade’s full-time MBA participants managed to earn an average salary of $148,060 three years after graduation, according to the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2019.
Barcelona, Spain-based Esade allows its full-time MBA participants to complete the program in 12 months, 15 months or 18 months.
According to the Full-Time MBA Employment Report for the Class of 2019, 91% of the students secured employment three months after graduation. The salary increase, three years down the line, was 116%.
ESADE One Year MBA Placement 2019 Details
In terms of geographical mobility, 78% found a job outside Spain and 50% found a job outside their home country.
In employment by region, 54% of the class found jobs in Europe followed by 17% each in Latin America and Asia. The United States of America took 10%. Africa and Oceania provided employment to 1% each.
Sector-wise Placement
A majority of 33% of the cohort chose technology with an average annual salary of Euro 67,705 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 105,541.
Next comes Consulting Services with an average annual salary of Euro 74,979 and a maximum salary of Euro 132,198.
Financial Services took in 12% with an average annual salary of Euro 72,934 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 122, 250.
Healthcare gave jobs to 7% with an average annual salary of Euro 62,197 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 80,000. Manufacturing took in 7% with an average annual salary of Euro 65,502 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 98,761.
Consumer Packaged Goods sector gave employment to 7% with an average annual salary of Euro 79,097 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 211,082.
Retail took in 2% with an average annual salary of Euro 77,096 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 91,017. Transportation & Logistics also gave jobs to 2% with the average annual salary at Euro 90,096 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 90,096.
Placement by Top Functions
Consulting took in 24% with an average annual salary of Euro 69,794 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 132,198. Marketing/Sales gave jobs to 23% with an average annual salary of Euro 69,096 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 105,541.
General Management took in 17% with an average annual salary of Euro 75,074 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 103,897.
Finance gave jobs to 13% with an annual average salary of Euro 79,520 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 211,082.
Operation / Logistics took in 8% with an average annual salary of Euro 61,637 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 83,769.
Business / Data analytics gave jobs to 5% with an average annual salary of Euro 65,715 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 115,496.
Information Technology took in 4% with an average annual salary of Euro 58,519 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 72,000.
Others accounted for 3% with an average annual salary of Euro 68,500 and a maximum annual salary of Euro 100,000.

While 97% of the graduates changed either function, sector, and location 29% had triple career change (function, sector, and location).
When 65% changed function, 73% changed sector and 50% changed location.
