ESADE allows full-time MBA students a choice of three formats ranging from an accelerated 12 month, 15 months and 18 months. Since the final course length decision is taken only at the end of Term 3, around April-May, all the students start the program and graduate together, besides mandatorily completing the same number of credits.

Sector-wise, 50% of students are from Industrial & General Services, 20% Financial Services, 16% Consulting, 9% Technology and 5% Others.
By functional area, 24% of them are from Marketing & Sales, 20% Finance, 17% General Management, 15% Operations & Logistics, 8% Information Systems, 5% Consulting and 11% Others.
In the academic background, the break-up is 48% in Economics & Management, 30% Engineering, 5% each in Law and Humanities & Social Sciences. Science & Healthcare, Arts and Others complete the list at 4% each.
