Application and Admission process

As per the B-School, eligible candidates meeting the eligibility criteria should follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 2

The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Office of Admissions on payment of INR 1000/- or can be submitted online by visiting the official website. Application fee of INR 2000/- for NRI and SAARC national Applicants and USD 50 for the other foreign national applicants) in cash or through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Alliance University – School of Business” payable at Bengaluru.

Step 3

Once you complete the payment, you will receive a notification email acknowledging your payment.

Step 4

The applicant will have to select a date for their Alliance Selection process (A full day immersion where students will solve real-life problems and be evaluated by a panel on their overall performance. It is designed to help us appreciate your candidature better and also provide you a glimpse of our innovative approach to evaluation, teaching and learning.)

Step 5

Once the Alliance Selection Process is completed, the Admissions team will evaluate every profile and results will be declared on the same day. Students can either be Selected, Waitlisted or Rejected*.

*Rejected students cannot apply to the same program in the same year.

Evaluation process

All applications are reviewed by the selection committee. Candidates are evaluated based on the candidate’s performance in the national entrance exam or Alliance entrance exam, academic performance through school and college and their involvement in extra-curricular activities and the performance in various aspects on the selection day.

Fee Structure

As per the B-School, the course fee is INR 2,45,000 for campus mode and 1,60,000 for mixed-mode.

Course Structure

As per the B-School, the Executive PGDM course takes 16 months to complete and is comprised of four terms. Each term is for a duration of four months:

The first three terms have four subjects in each and are mandatory for all students. The fourth and the final term offers specialization areas with three subjects in each area (subject 1, subject 2, subject 3), and is followed by a project work module.

In the project work module, working professionals are required to research on an industry project in their functional domain by using theoretical concepts and appropriate applications.

All subjects offered are to be completed simultaneously in each of the terms, which are sequenced in such a way that students must have a working knowledge of the subjects studied in previous terms to gain a better understanding of the current and the subsequent terms.
