Selection process

• Applicants needs to submit the application for PGPEM program with one of the following tests score: GMAT/ CAT/ GRE/ IIMB Test
• Short Listed applicants will be invited for the personal interview & written ability test on the basis of the following
  • GMAT/ CAT/ GRE/ IIMB Test score
  • Educational Performance
  • Work profile & experience
• Final selection will be done on the basis of the following
  • GMAT/ CAT/ GRE/ IIMB Test score
  • Educational Performance
  • Work profile & experience
  • Performance in the interview
  • Writing Ability Test

Interview Process

• Short Listed applicants will be invited for the personal interview
• The interview panel will have 2 faculty members of IIM Bangalore and an alumnus.
• The panel will evaluate each applicant’s performance on the basis of the quality of their work experience & its diversity, leadership qualities, multi-facetedness, and social sensitivity
• Applicants will be required to produce the letter of approval from their employers, stating that they are permitted to pursue the PGPEM program, at the time of interview
