Course Structure – MBA (for Working Executive)
The Program is divided into 3 course modules:
- 1st Module: Foundation, and Core Functional Subjects
- 2nd Module: Compulsory Subjects
- 3rd Module: Electives Subjects
1st Year – Foundation, and Core Functional Courses (Subjects)
The 1st year courses are for building a foundation in business management via core functional courses covered in 380 hrs of instructions. The 1st year of the program is divided into 4 quarters, with each quarter comprising of 10 to 13 weeks.

2nd Year – Compulsory & Elective Courses (Subjects)
In the 2nd year, in addition to the compulsory courses, students are required to obtain a minimum of six credits and maximum of eight credits in a quarter via elective courses by enrolling for 3 to 4 elective courses per quarter. A minimum of 24 credits (up to a maximum of 28 credits) should be obtained via elective courses during the 2nd year by sustaining the quarter-wise credit requirement. For the projects on ‘Business Plan Proposal’, credit represents hrs of work required by student to compete the project. The compulsory courses, elective courses and Capstone Simulation are covered in 370 hours of instruction in 2nd Year.
