What is PGDM Executive at IMT Ghaziabad?
As per the B-School, the PGDM (Executive) is a full-time AICTE approved and AACSB accredited 15-month Program in the nature of an accelerated MBA designed specifically for high-performing professionals with work experience. Primarily aimed at grooming Experienced Executives for a General Management role in the Functional Domain with a Global Orientation and service focus; the Program is designed with six distinct modules, namely, foundation, functional, internationalization, customization, integration, and dissertation. The Program brings a global perspective to the participants by developing close associations with leading business schools across the world. Hence, the Program includes a 4-6 week Global Career Accelerator (GCA), with specific customization focus, at one of IMTs European Partners. The contents of the Program blend in components of knowledge, skills, and attitude with cutting edge courses like Design Thinking, Cross-Cultural Business Negotiations, Data Modelling, Execution, Critical Thinking, to name a few. There are specific workshops with objective of skill building, like six sigma and project management, in line with career objective of the participants. The participants are also exposed to personal growth lab and an assessment center that is targeted towards understanding self and ensures a better self-appreciation for the areas of strength and development.

Admission Process 2019-20 Batch
According to the B-School, admission process for 2019-20 batch is as follows:
- Apply to IMT’s PGDM (Executive) Programme, an applicant must complete the online Application Form
- On the Application Form the candidate must provide educational qualifications, contact details, work experience etc. and at least one of the following: registration number for : CAT 2015 – 2018 / XAT 2016 – 2019 Or GMAT taken after September 1, 2014
- After completing the Application Form, the applicant can make online payments.
- Candidates meeting the criteria will be short-listed for Interviews
- Applicants may submit any one of test scores CAT 2015 – 2018 / XAT 2016 – 2019 Or GMAT taken after September 1, 2014
- Applicants can also submit more than one test score. IMT will consider the best score before making the final admit offer
- In case you are taking your GMAT post filling up the online application, you can inform the Admissions team via email to [email protected] or [email protected] by attaching scanned copy of your score card by July 25, 2019
- Application will be shortlisted for further process on the basis of your scores plus your overall application credentials. This entails your school and college grades, your work experience (quantity & quality), leadership and managerial potential, extra-curricular activities and motivation to do a business management program
- Short-listed applicants will be called for an interview round at IMT Ghaziabad

Placement
As per IMT Ghaziabad, they witnessed their most successful round of placements yet with the largest batch passing out of the campus this year. An extra-ordinary line-up of some of the best companies ensured that IMT had successful placements. A lot of previous records were smashed as a bevy of world-renowned companies queued up to offer some enviable offers. While the highest international package was of Rs. 57.40 lacs, the top 50 students took home an average of Rs. 20 lacs. The overall average of the entire batch increased to approximately Rs. 12.6 lacs. The Institute’s popularity among corporates was instrumental as nearly 40 new companies forged partnerships and recruited from the campus for the first time.
