Selection Process

After shortlisting the candidates, IMT will conduct the test on leadership potential & personal interview for final selection.

Test on Leadership Potential: It will be a 30 minute written test for all the shortlisted candidates. The goal of the test is to learn about the leadership potential of the applicants. The candidates will be judged on the below listed parameters:

  • Communication skills
  • Innovation and Creativity
  • Delegation
  • Decision-making skills
  • Collaboration

Plus, Applicants will be asked to write down their ideas, thoughts and methods of leadership skills in around 400 to 500 words on the given topic/ case study.

Personal Interview: The shortlisted candidates will also have to go through a personal interview process of approx. 20-25 minute, during which they will be judged on the below listed 4 parameters:

  • Academic Orientation (AO)
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills (CIS)
  • Quality of Work Experience
  • Analytical/Problem solving skills (AS)
