Hi, Does my work experience of 10 years play a role while salary is decided while getting the offer? Or my previous salary as well? Thanks
Your Pre-MBA experience should be the main determining factor – the relevance of your previous experience to your new job would matter the most. Your old salary, is less important, since this is not a simple jump from one job to another. You have cracked a great MBA course, invested a year or two of your life into getting new skills and a chunk of money into a degree – the recruiters understand this – Shikhar Mohan, Founder, OneYearMBA.co.in
