Almost 82% of the MBA graduates of the Lille, France-based EDHEC Business School manage to find jobs within three months of passing out and some even manage the famous triple jump of changing country, industry and role.
But it is the innovative CareerSMART program integrated into its 10-month Global MBA curriculum that facilitates the students to set off on achieving their career goals so smoothly.

Ranked number 1 in France by the Economist for Open New Career Opportunities and Career Services, the B School has a personalized program integrated into the curriculum.
Each student completes up to 50 hours of career coaching, resume workshops and mock interviews during the program. They also have access to online career resources, talent sourcing and networking.
They collaborate with leading companies in on-line or in-class presentations, roundtables, workshops, or sponsorship of MBA Consulting Projects.

Théophile Armand says he would not have landed a job at Amazon without CareerSMART. Prior to joining MBA, he had worked in a sales position at a French automotive position in Russia.
He had met Amazon MBA recruiters at a CareerSMART event in EDHEC’s campus at Nice. He enrolled into Amazon’s Pathways Program, a three-year leadership development program for MBA grads.
Later, he secured an operations internship, underwent two days of interviews, and made a presentation before an audience of 12 senior executives.
The EDHEC MBA is also popular among students looking for international careers. In 2015, 83% of the graduating MBA class found work in 15 countries.
The program enables students to meet recruiters and senior executives from majors like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Uber, Deloitte, L’Oréal, and Johnson & Johnson during consulting projects, networking events and online recruitment chats.
Martin Gasper from Slovenia had relocated from India where he was working in the pharmaceutical sector for the MBA. On graduating in December, he will join Johnson & Johnson.
Martin, who had taken the entrepreneurship track during his MBA had visited the US and sat in on real pitches in front of venture capitalists in Silicon Valley. He had also presented his entrepreneurship idea for a startup selling high-quality Slovenian honey infused with herbs.
