Over the years, IMI Delhi has been consistent in maintaining its 100% placement record. This year (2020), the college has maintained an average CTC of Rs 13.03 Lakh/ Annum despite the increase in batch size from 308 to 317. The highest package offer has dip down by 20% from Rs 27.5 Lakh/ annum (2019) to Rs 22 Lakh/ annum (2020). The highest package was offered in PGDM General Program this year.

Placement Trends 2020 – IMI Delhi
Placement compression of recent batches with 2018-20 and 2017-19 shows the 48% dip in the highest package for PGDM HRM, whereas, 6% increase is seen for PGDM General. The institute has maintained the average salary package of 13.03 Lakh/ Annum despite an increase in class size by 3%.
Placement Summary of Top 10% students
Top 10% students of 2018-20 batch of PGDM General Course made the maximum amount of offer which stood at INR 19.18 Lakh/ Annum, while median salary package (CTC) stood almost similar amount with INR 19.19 Lakh/ Annum.
Placement Summary of Top 25% of students
Below graph clearly shows that despite having maximum strength of 224 in PGDM General in compression of BFS and HR courses with 48 & 45 students respectively, it was able to deliver a good performance with highest and average salary package offers as seen earlier in the above graphs.
