NITIE Mumbai: Scholarships and Funding

NITIE Mumbai grants scholarships under various criteria to enable students to meet the cost of studies as given below:

1) 30% Tuition Fee waiver:  This fee waiver is for those student enrolled in the postgraduate Programs whose total family income falls below Rs 2.50 lakh in the last financial year.

2) 50% Waiver of Tuition Fee:  This fee waiver is applicable to all those students enrolled in the postgraduate Programs whose total family income falls below Rs 1.00 lakh in the last financial year.

3) GATE qualifiers are entitled for Teaching Assistantship (at present Rs.12400 per month) and contingency expenditure as per rules. SC/ST candidates are granted Central Sector Scholarship as per the Government scheme.
