BIMM Pune Admissions
Since 1999, Balaji Institute of Modern Management is providing quality business and management education. It is the first of the management institutes developed under Sri Balaji University. There are four institutes in total. Name of the remaining institutes are
- BITM- Balaji Institute of Telecom Management
- BIIB- Balaji Institute of International Business
- BIMHRD- Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development
BIMM is situated in Pune and offering MBA programs in a spectrum of Specializations. They are also offering an Executive MBA course for working executives. These two programs offered by BIMM are AICTE approved and usually commence in November every year.
BIMM Admissions 2020: Key highlights
The admission process for different MBA as well as Executive MBA is online and one can apply by visiting the official website of BIMM Pune. Application forms to be filled and the application fee is to be paid online on the BIMM Official website.

The students interested in pursuing any of the programs offered by the B-School can apply online with a scorecard of CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / MAHCET for MBA and EMBA courses
The final selection of the students is done on the basis of Entrance exam score and mandatory tests including Personal Interview, Group Discussion as well as essay writing
For Executive MBA courses, 2 years of work experience is required.

BIMM Pune Entrance Exams Date 2020
The entrance exams considered by BIMM for the admission process are CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, and MAH-CET. Provided below are the dates related to these entrance exams.

BIMM Pune: MBA, EMBA Admissions 2020
There is no specific entrance exam cut-offs required for admission. The weightage of different selection criteria for final selection is as follows:

The Merit list will be declared after assessing all the above components required for selection.
Eligibility Criteria for various programs are as follows:
MBA (Sales & Marketing with Retail and Insurance, Finance, Systems, Operations and Supply Chain Management with Logistic, Business Analytics)
A graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks. For the reserved category, it is 45%. Final year students confident enough to get 50% marks in aggregate can also apply. The total seat intake is 120.
MBA (PM, HRM)
A graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks. For the reserved category, it is 45%. Final year students confident enough to get 50% marks in aggregate can also apply. The total seat intake is 60.
MBA (Sales & Marketing with Retail and Insurance, Finance, Systems, Operations and Supply Chain Management with Logistic, Business Analytics)
A graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks. For the reserved category, it is 45%. Final year students confident enough to get 50% marks in aggregate can also apply. The total seat intake is 180.
Executive MBA Program
BIMM is also offering an Executive MBA program, which is a 2-year program for working executives. The students will be shortlisted for this course on the basis of PI and GD conducted by the B-School. The weightage of different selection criteria for final selection is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for EMBA programs is as follows:
- A graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks. For the reserved category, it is 45%.
- A valid scorecard of CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / MAHCET
- A minimum of two years of work experience as a full time working professional.
BIMM Application process
Browse the official website of the B-School. Select the menu tab.
Select admissions. In admissions go to the tab “How to apply”.
To proceed towards the registration process, click on click here button on the appearing window.
Provide the basic details required like name, e-mail ID, phone number, etc. to complete the registration process. Once registered, the candidates receive an email including an application link on the email ID provided during the registration process.
On clicking the application link, the admission form will appear on the screen with details of the application fee for the MBA program which is INR 1021/-. To proceed further, click the button saying ”apply now”.
The application form will appear on the screen. It includes four sections. Once the appearing section is filled properly, the applicant can proceed towards the next section.
Personal details along with a scanned photograph of passport size as per the dimensions provided by the B-School to be submitted. Go to the “Save and Next” button to proceed further.
Now, the candidate needs to submit the details related to his/her work experience. After providing these details he/she will be redirected to the fee payment section.
The application fee is to be paid via any of the available payment modes. This concludes the application process.

A: For BIMM MBA selection, there are 32 GDPI centres across India. Some of the renowned centres are in Delhi, Bangalore, Indore, Goa, Patna, Chennai, Kolkata and pune.
A: The applicants need to visit the official website of BIMM Pune to check the application status. They need to login using the details provided at the time of registration for the latest application status. The B-School also provides the related updates via email communication.
A: Students in waitlist have to wait for withdrawal of a selected candidate. If a selected candidate withdraws, the same seat is assigned to the student in waitlist. The information regarding the same is provided by the B-School.
A: For all the female students of first year, hostel facility is available. The hostel service is provided on FCFS base. Numerous seats are also available in Hostels for male students. There are various PG and other similar options available nearby for candidates not getting the hostel facility.
A: According to the B-School,there is no scholarship facility available.
