Indira Institute of Management Pune Admissions

Since 1994, IIMP Pune is offering quality MBA and PGDM programs for the students. Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of ICAP which is based on the work experience, entrance exam score, Personal Interview and Group Discussion. Admission to the MBA Program used to be provided through CAP according to DTE Mumbai directions. The interested students should apply for ICAP, so that they can participate in the Counselling process as well as in the GD and PI rounds.

The total fee of the PGDM Program for 2 years is about INR 7 Lakh

Timeline:

Interested students can apply for PGDM till March and for MBA till June every year. The date of counseling for PGDM course is usually in March/April and for MBA it is in June/July.

Specializations

Eligibility Criteria

MBA

The interested candidates should have a Graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks.

For Physically Disabled Candidates and Backward category, the minimum mark required in graduation for eligibility is 45%

PGDM

The interested candidates should have a Graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 50% of marks.

Application Process

PGDM

• Go to the official IIMP website.
• For ICAP, select the apply now link
• Fill the form with all the required details and documents to be attached
• Pay the application fee of INR 500/- using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking
• The Fee can be paid in form of Demand Draft towards “Shree Chanakya Education Society” or it can be paid in the form of cash also.
• The application must be submitted before the provided last application date

MBA

• Go to the official website of DTE, Maharashtra
• Register for the process of counseling
• Input the required information and other details and upload the required documents
• Submit the application fee (INR 1000/- for General Category and INR 800/- Backward and Physically Disabled Category-Only from Maharashtra). The available payment modes are trough Debit Card, Net Banking and Credit Card
• The application must be submitted before the provided last application date

• Interested candidates need to fill-up the form of Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) registration form in the online format
• Personal Interview & Group Discussion
• The students selected after application process have to participate in ICAP. The Personal Interview and Group Discussion tests are part of ICAP.
• The shortlisting of the students applied for various courses is done on their GMAT / MAT  / CAT / ATMA / XAT / MHCET /CMAT scores

Selection Process

The final selection of the students is done on the basis of various aspects like academic records, entrance exam score, and GDPI scores.

Selection aspects and relative weightage –

• Entrance exam Score- 35%
• Academic Performance Score- 15%
• GD and PI -45%
• Extra-Curricular Activities / Sports, Gender Diversity and Academic Diversity -5%
