MAT 2020 Examination Admit Card

The admit card for the CBT mode of the MAT 2020 May exam will be available on the official website. The MAT 2020 PBT mode exam was held on February 16, 2020. Registered candidates for the PBT mode were able to download their MAT admit cards using their login credentials. The candidates could download the admit card till the day before the MAT exam day as hard copies are not sent by post. The Registration process for both the modes commenced on December 27, 2019.

MAT 2020 Admit Card Dates 

The MAT 2020 admit card is separate for PBT and CBT mode. Based on the candidate’s choice, the hall ticket is issued as per the schedule for PBT and CBT exam.

How to Download the MAT 2020 Admit Card?

Here are the steps to follow to download your admit card:

  1. Go to the official website of MAT – aima.in
  2. Click on the download tab
  3. Select the MAT admit card from the dropdown
  4. Enter the Registration number, Date of birth, Email ID
  5. Click on submit
  6. Verify all the details mentioned in the admit card
  7. Download and print the MAT admit card 2020

  • The Candidate’s name should have the correct spelling
  • The candidate’s date of birth mentioned should match with that on the birth certificate

  • The candidate’s photograph should be clearly visible
  • The mode of test i.e. PBT or CBT must be mentioned

Problems in Downloading MAT Admit Card 2020

MAT 2020 Exam Day Instructions

  • Candidates must report at the exam centre well in time so that there is enough time for document verification. Entry is denied once the exam begins.
  • Candidates should not carry any electronic devices including phones, earphones/hands-free, calculators, jewelry, and watches.
  • Candidates should bring along a Photo ID card as mentioned and a blue/black ballpoint pen

Documents to Carry Along with the MAT 2020 Admit Card

Candidates must carry any one identity proof (in original) as mentioned below:

  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID card

Candidates who fall under the reserved category must carry the original copy of their Caste certificate. Candidates who got their names changed should also carry proof of the same.

Q. Can I take a digital copy of the MAT admit card for entry into the exam hall?

A: No, only a hard copy is accepted. Take a print out after downloading the admit card.

Q. Do I need my MAT admit card at the time of admission?

A: Candidates could be asked to provide a photocopy of their MAT admit card at the time of MBA/PGDM admission. It is therefore wise to keep the copy till the admissions are over.

Q. What other supporting documents do I need to carry along with the MAT admit card?

A: You need to carry one of the following – driving license/ PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/ Passport/ Voter ID Card along with the MAT admit card to the exam centre.

Q. Will my MAT admit card be sent via post too?

A: No. AIMA does not provide a hard copy of the MAT admit card to the test takers. The candidate has to download the admit card from the official website and bring it to the exam hall.

Q. There is an error in my MAT admit card, what should I do?

A: While downloading the MAT admit card, verify all the details mentioned, including name, signature, exam time. In case of any error, you need to bring it to the notice of the exam authorities immediately.

Q. Will I be allowed to enter the exam hall if I do not reach on time?

A: No. Entry is not allowed once the exam begins. Ensure that you reach well on time so that you finish the document verification process on time.

Q: I have registered for both MAT PBT and CBT. Will I get one MAT Admit Card?

A: No, you will be issued two different MAT admit cards. Each admit card is applicable for the respective exam.

Q: How can I Download my MAT admit card?
