SNAP Test generally follows the pattern of other standardized aptitude tests like GMAT for admission to management programs. The exam tests your proficiency in English, quantitative and analytical skills among others. Symbiosis International (Deemed) University that organises the exam for admission to its Masters’ and MBA programs, announced a change the test pattern in 2019 dropping the General Awareness section. As a result, the total number of questions came down to 110 from the earlier 130.

The question paper pattern in SNAP 2020 is expected to be same as last year. There will be 110 question spread across three sections – General English (GE), Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency (QA- DI, DS) and Analytical & Logical Reasoning (A-LR).
SNAP 2020 exam is likely to be held in the second week of December. It would be only after the release of SNAP 2020 notification in August that we would know about any changes in the exam pattern.

SNAP question paper carries a total mark of 150. The marking scheme includes a negative marking of 25% for each wrong answer. The table below gives details of the SNAP marking scheme.
