XAT Examination Cut-off
XLRI, Jamshedpur has released the 2020 XAT cut off on its official website for admissions into the PGDM-BM and PGDM-HRM programs. This time, the cut-offs for candidates from an engineering background is different from that of candidates from a non-engineering background.
XAT 2020 Cut-off: Highlights
- The XAT cut-off percentiles for XLRI’s Business Management (BM), Human Resources Management (HRM) and General Management (GMP) programs are different
- For the BM program, the cut-offs are different for male and female candidates
For the HRM program, there are different cutoffs for male-engineering, female engineering, male non-engineering and female non-engineering candidates.
- For male candidates, the overall cut-off for BM program is 95 percentile and 93 percentile for HRM.
- For female candidates, the overall cut-off for BM program for 2020 admission is 93 percentile and 91 percentile for HRM.

A: The XAT cut off percentiles are the minimum qualifying marks needed to be eligible for admissions to XLRI. If a candidate scores above the given cut off, he/she is eligible to appear for the GD-PI round.
However, the final selection is dependent on several other factors too.
A: No. Unless you meet the minimum XAT cut off requirement you will not be eligible for XLRI admission.
A: Admission process of XLRI includes shortlisting of candidates on the basis of XAT score or GMAT score, GD-PI round and a final selection which is based on certain criteria.
