We reported on Cornell’s plan of introducing a new One year MBA for engineers at its new campus. Cornell has now unveiled the curriculum.

Doug Stayman, Associate Dean for MBA Programs, Dan Huttenlocher, Dean and Vice Provost of the Cornell NYC Tech Campus, and other key Cornell Tech and Johnson faculty present a preview of what students pursuing the specialized course can expect to learn.
Some additional information pertaining to admissions:
- Basic requirement to apply – a bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BE) in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related technical field is required except in exceptional cases
- GRE and GMAT scores are accepted
- Cornell will follow a rolling admissions calendar for the programme but strongly recommend that candidates complete and submit their application no later than December 1, 2013
- This program will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and full and partial scholarships will be awarded in the same manner.
- The spring 2014 inaugural class will be kept intentionally small with approximately 40 students
- The programme starts at the Ithaca where students will learn the foundations of business. The class will shift to the the New York campus for the next 9 months where the course will be exposed to multi-disciplinary learning within the Cornell Tech ecosystem
- Tentative tuition for 2014-15 academic year – $128,373
