IIM Udaipur (IIM U) has announced the completion of the placement process for the Class of 2015 of its full time MBA – the one-year Post Graduate Programme for Executives (PGPX).
The unique dual degree program in global supply chain Management with a general management orientation and emphasis on international exposure, recruits mid-level professionals who aspire to pursue a career in the global supply chain industry.
The Class of 2015 is the second batch to graduate from IIM U. Last year during the placement season, the inaugural MBA Class drew interest from recruiters such as Accenture Strategy, Dell International Services, Ernst & Young, Manhattan Associates, MindTree Ltd. & Mu Sigma Business Solutions.
This year partipating recruiters included Accenture Strategy; Bristlecone, Cummins, Ernst & Young, HCL Technologies, Heinz, Reliance Jio & Tolexo and the IIM U achieved 100% placements for its PGPX Class. Highlights
- 100% of PGPX students were placed through campus-generated opportunities
- 2 out of 11 students were offered pre-placement job offers based on their performance during the summer internship
- Jobs were evenly distributed across consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, IT, manufacturing and telecom sectors
- All of the roles offered were in operations or consulting functions
- Highest maximum salary (CTC) was Rs 16.8 lakhs per annum, while average salary (CTC) offered to the PGPX Class was Rs 12.1 lakhs per annum

This shows the reality...professionals with 3 to 4 years of experience and an MBA from IIM will be getting this package. 12 CTC will convert not more than 80000/month.
Although quality education of IIM U and brand is great to have for life time, But IIM U must position its PGPX, amoung recruiters, in much better way. The Program must meet the placement needs of the students.
