“It is true that these women have taken a break from the formal, full-time jobs in large corporate organisations. However, it would be erroneous to say they have taken a break from work. They have worked really hard in the interim and learnt management in the school of real life. When combined with a desire to learn, the hunger to grow and an intensive curriculum, these women are ready to lead with both ‘courage and heart’,” says Dr Ranjan Banerjee, Dean SPJIMR.
The total fee for the programme is Rs 9,73,500 (Rs 8,25,000 plus 18% GST). It includes admission fee, tuition fee, development fee and placement service fee.
PGMPW Chairperson Dr Ashita Aggarwal describes the PGMPW as “a powerful tool to overcome any difference to professional success that can arise out of time away from the professional world.”
PGMPW, being a full-time management program, requires the participants to be present at the campus in Andheri, Mumbai for the full day from Monday to Friday for the entire duration of the course from January to December 2019. There could be sessions on the weekend as well. While there is no need for an overnight stay in the campus, residential facilities will be made available to those needing it, at a cost.
PGMPW offers specialisation in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations Management and Information Management. The field is to be decided and specified in the application form. Making subsequent changes in the chosen field is not encouraged, the school says.
Study material and books are included in the course fee. The program features a pre-course foundation module to help facilitate the participants’ transition into a full-time work schedule. It includes basic courses in Economics, Statistics and Accounting.
Module 1 has General Management courses from across all domains. Module 2 has specialization courses and 4-weeks of corporate internships. Module 3 features the integration phase where General Management course integrates various functional areas.
The program lays emphasis on developing leadership skills through Personal Growth Lab, Leadership Lab, Science of Spirituality and Individual coaching with ICF certified coaches.
The total fee for the programme is Rs 9,73,500 (Rs 8,25,000 plus 18% GST). It includes admission fee, tuition fee, development fee and placement service fee.
