During the academic year 2019-20, 72 students had PPOs from leading companies based on their performance during a summer internship. Industries recruited from IMT’s campus across all sectors.
The highest international offer for PGDM was INR 58.22 lacs, while the highest domestic offer was Rs. 34 lacs. The overall average had increased to an approximate of INR 13.7 lacs.

IMT Ghaziabad nurtures and grooms its students to function as a leader. The key highlights of the curriculum are cross-functional core courses like Design Thinking, Negotiation Skills, and Cross-Functional Simulation; these courses add inventiveness, nimbleness, and flexibility to the students’ problem-solving skillset for the emerging business environment.

IMT Ghaziabad also offers various specialization tracks to the students to prepare them for a career in their respective discipline and industry of their choice. The critical tracks offered here are:
Between term four in the first year and term five in the second year, students will undergo a credit-based Summer Internship aligned with their specialization tracks which are conducted in leading corporates. These internships are strictly guided by the faculty and industry mentors.
Each year of PGDM program compromises of four terms and in the fourth term students will be introduced to core electives based on conceptual learning which will be supplemented through optional electives in the second year. The specialization track also begins in the fourth term, just before the Summer Internships. Students are allowed to choose minor specializations in their second year to extend their focus in the significant tracks or diversify knowledge of their interest.
