Placements
Recruitment Season
MBA students are eligible for placements in the third semester, i.e. from August to December. The Placement Committee formed by the existing students of the MBA batch take care of the placement activities. This includes the requirement to arrange, organize, and facilitate the recruitment process.
In the fourth semester, students are required to take-up a structured and evaluative internship for 6 months as part of the Practice School (PS). During this time, the students work on real-time projects in the domains of their interest. Typically, the students who are placed before December, take up their Practice School in the companies that they are recruited by.

Eligibility And Admission
Eligibility
Applicants should have B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or a Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or any integrated first degree of BITS. Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their qualifying degree.
Admission
BITS Pilani uses CAT / XAT / GMAT scores for shortlisting candidates for the GD / PI process, apart of its admission procedure. IIMs have no role in selection process and in the conduct of the programme. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in group discussion and personal interview.
Application Procedure
The application process starts in the last week of November for admission to the MBA batch next year. Eligible candidates may apply through the prescribed application form available online.
