Admission Process

WAT and Personal Interview

Shortlisted candidates in India will be called to test their written ability through Writing Ability Test (WAT) and for a personal interview based on percentile in CAT, marks obtained in 10th, 10+2 and graduation, gender diversity and applicable work experience if any.

Selection criteria and weight-age:

  • Class X marks – 20 points
  • Class XII marks – 10 points
  • Graduation Marks – 20
  • CAT score – 40 points
  • Gender diversity factor – 2 points
  • Work Experience – 8 points

Shortlisted candidates under Overseas Category will be called for Writing Ability Test (WAT) either in person or through email and a personal interview will be conducted either in person or through a remote video conference based on GMAT score, academic background and international experience.

Final Selection

For Indian national candidates, the selection is based on the following aspects:

  • Percentile in CAT
  • Class X and Class XII aggregate percentages
  • Graduation marks
  • Work experience if any
  • Gender diversity factor
  • Performance in written ability test and personal interview.

  • Personal interview score – 30 points
  • CAT – 25 points
  • Class X marks – 10 points
  • Class XII marks – 5 points
  • Graduation marks – 10 points
  • Work experience – 10 points

The selection of international students is based on the following various aspects

  • Score obtained in GMAT
  • scholastic achievement
  • Work experience if any
  • Performance in the writing ability test and personal interview
